Bella Magazine has put out a Bella Baby issue and we were chosen to photograph the babies! How cool is that? It was a lot of fun, of course, because all the parents and grandparents were so excited about the contest. Check it out online or pick up an issue as you see them around town...they are free.

Also, we are doing a Newborn day on April 30. I have some new props and we are inviting Moms to bring in their newborns to model for us. No sitting fee....just make an appointment and we will play. Newborns are less than 6 weeks old. The younger the better (of course we don't want you checking out of the hospital early!!!!). Should we give a gift certificate to the youngest baby? Yes, and smallest..... $50 gift certificate to the youngest and $50 gift certificate to the smallest. How fun!!

Wow....I am soooooooooo glad that my place of employment is a short walk across the yard. Yes, I know how blessed I am. I have a newfound sense of empathy for all of you frequent flyers. We left on Wednesday morning (the 7th) going to the Dominican Republic and didn't get there until Thursday night....cancelled our flight out of Miami on Wednesday night.....the longest two days of my life....but it wasn't so bad...I was with friends I really enjoyed and we just visited while we waited on flights. I did a wedding for a friend and it was beautiful...I will post some pics later.

Be sure and get in to do the spring pics. We still have the bunny and our new white set. Start thinking about the Butterfly/Fairy pics. They are coming up in May. These are just the best and they are a great deal since they are one of the specials.

Wanted you to see this new little cocoon we have for newborns....isn't this the sweetest thing. This little girl has two big brothers....won't she be the princess in this family.

We have been pretty busy here at Kay Brown Photography. It is almost Easter and we have our baby lamb special and baby bunny special coming up this month. The baby lamb will be here March 18, 19, and 20 and the price is $159 including sitting fee and 3 units. The baby bunnies will be here March 20 through April 1 and the price is $159 including sitting fee and 3 units. Our new grandbaby!

We have several wonderful grandchildren....all very sweet and wonderful...here is our latest. He is 17 hours old here...still in the hospital. We will get some studio shots soon. Grandchildren are just the best...someone was so right that said....just skip the kids....get grandkids.

YOU are SO Cute!!!!

This little girl just turned two this month and talked like an adult. I have never seen a child that talked like she did. We had taken several photos but I couldn't get that big smile that I wanted so I was hiding behind the light box and jumping out making silly faces.....she got really tickled and kept laughing....finally she looks up at me and says: "YOU are soooooo CUTE!" She said it with the same inflection an adult would. She was adorable.

I have some wonderful news! I have a new GRANDBABY! He is the sweetest, prettiest, and smartest baby ever! I will post some images very soon.
